Our Elder Law practice involves such areas as planning for health care decision making and financial stability, legal documents, estate planning, planning that leverages a client’s assets to pay for long term care costs, choosing appropriate facilities, Medicare, applications for Community based MassHealth (Medicaid) and long term care MassHealth, planning with long term care insurance, family dynamics, end-of-life decisions, advocacy for the senior in hospital settings and care facilities and other important issues.
